New body corporate management team
Since the new body corporate management team has taken over it has been an absolute pleasure to be able to deal with Gary. Unfortunately, for the past almost 6 years we have been living in Rose Park Villas, the body corporate management that was in place was such that dealing with them about any concerns was fighting an uphill battle with the outcome usually either nil or unsatisfactory. In the brief time of dealing with Gary and the team, it has been a polar opposite and positive experience. We highly recommend Gary and the team there as an excellent, interested and competent body corporate management team. Rose Park Villas residents are now in good hands.
