  • Lodgement  & coordination of  Insurance claims
  • Attendance to correspondence
  • Provision of advice to owners regarding the Act & Regulations
  • Consult with and appointment of Tradespeople including emergency repairs.

In addition to these duties we issue certificates for owners buying and selling properties. We can also arrange approved repairs and maintenance for the Body Corporate.
