Shana is our Operations Manager and Body Corporate Manager, bringing over 15 years’ extensive experience in the Body Corporate industry.

Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the legislative and operational requirements governing community titles schemes. Shana is highly experienced in advising Committees, preparing and administering meetings, overseeing financial management processes including budgeting and insurance, and ensuring ongoing compliance with statutory obligations.

She has worked closely with Committees and Building Managers across a broad range of maintenance and capital works projects, providing clear, practical guidance to support informed decision-making. Shana also has experience assisting with dispute resolution and mediation matters, approaching complex situations with professionalism, sound legislative knowledge, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Her leadership capability, strong governance knowledge, and commitment to best-practice body corporate management enable her to deliver consistent, compliant, and client-focused outcomes.

Suzy commenced her career in the body corporate industry in 2023, joining the team as an Assistant and quickly developing a strong foundation in strata management. In this role, she gained hands-on experience across a broad range of administrative and operational functions, building a deep understanding of the day-to-day requirements of supporting committees, owners, and managers.

Recognised for her capability and leadership potential, Suzy progressed to overseeing the Assistant team, where she played a key role in streamlining processes, supporting team development, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the business. Her ability to balance organisation with a people-focused approach made her a natural fit for further advancement.

Suzy now works as a Strata Manager, where she is responsible for managing a portfolio of schemes and providing clear, practical guidance to committees and owners. She is known for her structured and solutions-focused approach, as well as her ability to communicate complex information in a way that is accessible and easy to understand. Suzy is committed to building strong, professional relationships and takes pride in helping clients navigate the often complex and evolving landscape of body corporate management with confidence.

She approaches every interaction with honesty, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care, and believes that a positive attitude and a touch of humour go a long way in delivering exceptional service.

Joanne has been part of the Body Corporate industry since 2015 and brings extensive experience across a wide range of property types and management modules. She has successfully managed schemes under the Accommodation, Commercial, Standard and Small Schemes Modules, as well as BUGTA, BMSs, PBCs and Waterways. This diverse experience has given her a strong understanding of the varying needs and complexities of community titles schemes.

In her role as Business Development Manager, Joanne works closely with both existing schemes and brand-new developments, guiding projects from initial planning through to establishment and ongoing management. She partners with developers, consultants and project teams from the early stages to ensure a smooth transition from construction to a fully operational Body Corporate. Her hands-on involvement from start to finish ensures compliant documentation, strong governance structures and a seamless setup that supports the long-term success of each community.

Joanne is committed to delivering clear, practical advice aligned with current legislation, empowering Committees and Owners to make informed decisions. Known for her professionalism, proactive approach and attention to detail, she builds strong relationships and consistently strives to achieve positive outcomes for the communities she manages.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family, whether at the beach, camping, or fishing, valuing the balance that time outdoors brings to her life and career.

Rochelle joined the Body Corporate industry in 2017 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Strata Finance Officer. With a strong understanding of trust accounting, budgeting, levy management and financial reporting, she plays a vital role in ensuring schemes are managed with accuracy, transparency and compliance.

Rochelle is highly organised and detail-oriented, with a practical approach to financial management that supports Committees in making informed decisions for their communities. Her depth of experience across a variety of schemes enables her to confidently navigate the financial requirements unique to each property.

Known for her reliability and approachable nature, Rochelle is committed to delivering efficient and professional service while maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dog, making the most of time together and the balance it brings to her life.

Lindsey is our Front of House Strata Assistant who plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for clients, owners, and contractors. With over 15 years of administration experience, she efficiently manages enquiries and ensures they are directed to the appropriate team members.

Her proactive approach and growing expertise across all areas of body corporate management enable her to provide reliable support to both clients and the strata team. Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Lindsey is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
